Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and will go out with the next pickup after inspection. Pickups are scheduled Monday to Saturday, except holidays. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number on the day it is scheduled for pick up.
Shipping Charge
Shipping is calculated as USPS Priority Mail, based on weight with a default package size. Occasionally orders may require a bigger box that makes the actual shipping cost for Priority Mail to be much more expensive than what was quoted during check out. We would try our best to honor the chosen paid Priority service, but in the event the actual shipping cost is significantly higher, we reserve the right to choose a different shipping method. Either way, the shipping charge is never higher than the actual cost of shipping.
Free Shipping Option
We also offer free economy shipping for orders $100+ using code FREESHIP. If you forgot to apply FREESHIP code during checkout, you may request shipping refund by replying your order confirmation email, as long as your order has not been shipped out. Please note that orders with FREESHIP will likely go by ground shipping so expect longer delivery timeframe with this option.
Shipping Insurance
All packages shipped are insured with the shipping carrier. In the event the package is lost or damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Defects and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. In rare events that any item is defective or damaged, please take a photo or video of the item. If any item is missing, please take a photo of all the products along with packing slip and shipping box. Please send the details and photos/videos to us at hello@nakedbeasts.com, so we can access the situation and make things right.
