Refund policy
Treats, Chews, and Supplements
Due to the nature of our items being a food product, we cannot accept any opened products back for refund, but any unopened bags, excluding bulk bags, may be returned and refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Food Products
Returns of any new and unused items in original packaging will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for gift cards, bulk bags, seasonal/limited edition items, or any items that is marked final sale.
Return Process
Please contact hello@nakedbeasts.com to initiate a return. Return shipping will be at customer’s expense. NakedBeasts is not responsible for lost returns. Refund in the original purchase price will be issued once the item is received and passed inspection. Items sent back to us without return authorization will not be accepted. The refund may take several days to show up in your account. Shipping charge is non-refundable, and if the refund results in the disqualification of any FREESHIP used for the order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Defects and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. In rare events that any item is defective or damaged, please take a photo or video of the item. If any item is missing, please take a photo of all the products along with packing slip and shipping box. Please send the details and photos/videos to us at hello@nakedbeasts.com, so we can access the situation and make things right for you.
